CMHARDSCAPE LLC is a San José hardscape company led by owner Fabio Andres Contreras Montero. The idea behind it is simple: show up when we say we will, build it properly underneath as well as on top, and leave every property cleaner than we found it.
Working in the South Bay teaches you what a yard is up against. Clay soil that swells in the winter and shrinks in the summer. Afternoon sun that makes an unshaded patio unusable for half the day. Water bills that make a thirsty lawn hard to justify. Everything we build is planned around those realities — which is why the base, the drainage, and the details get as much attention as the finish.
Today we build paver patios and driveways, artificial turf, stacked-stone and block retaining walls, concrete, redwood and cedar fencing, pergolas, gazebos, and planter boxes — often all in one project, under one crew. We're open Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, and every estimate is free.
