It depends on the size of the area, the materials you choose, how much has to come out first, and what the ground needs underneath. A turf strip and a full backyard with a patio, walls, and a gazebo are very different numbers. Estimates are free and done on site, and you get the full scope in writing before any work starts.

Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Saturday estimates are available — it's often the easiest day to walk the yard together.

Yes — that's a lot of what we do. Pavers, concrete, turf, retaining and planter walls, fencing, pergolas, and gazebos can all be built as one project, on one schedule, with one crew. Planning it together also means the drainage, heights, and materials work with each other instead of against each other.

Both are good choices; they just behave differently. Pavers flex with the soil and can be lifted and reset if a section ever settles or stains, and they offer more patterns and colors. Concrete costs less per square foot and gives a clean, modern look, especially with a broom finish and planned saw-cut joints. We install both and will tell you honestly which suits your yard.

Quality turf commonly lasts 10 to 15 years or more, and how long it looks good depends mostly on what's underneath it. We remove the old lawn, grade and compact a free-draining base, glue and secure the seams and edges, and brush in infill so the blades stand up. That's what keeps it flat and draining instead of rippling.

A pergola has an open slatted or lattice roof that gives filtered shade and a sense of enclosure. A gazebo has a solid roof, so it gives full shade and cover from light rain. Pergolas suit a patio against the house; gazebos make a freestanding outdoor room. We build the patio or pad under either one.

Yes. Tear-out and haul-away of old concrete, fencing, and lawn are part of the job, and the debris leaves with us. You won't be left with a pile in the driveway.

A turf install or a run of fence is often a few days. A patio or retaining wall usually runs about a week, and a complete backyard with several elements can take a few weeks. Weather and the amount of demolition move those numbers, and you get a schedule up front.
